Great people, a nice facility, and it is very easy to excel in your role providing you work hard. But that is any position in healthcare.

Cons

There are many people who are definitely underqualified for their positions, which can be frustrating for others who show the capability to excel in said roles.

It's healthcare and no one wants to be there (that's not CMHs fault) Lots of manager turnover (it's a small community, it happens)
