Pros

Small hospital,some doctors nice to work with,close to great food,beautiful scenery,when you have time off is the best time.

Cons

Long hours,bickering staff,small town mentality,staff run department with no interference from management.Management not concerned with behavorial problems,incompetent staff.

Cons

It's healthcare and no one wants to be there (that's not CMHs fault) Lots of manager turnover (it's a small community, it happens)
