      Excellent benefits (except dental), reasonable compensation, supportive colleagues, good work/life balance

      Cons

      Great job security which means No accountability for staff who arent doing their job. Very silo-ed structure. University is a behemoth - so significant change and improvements are slow, which can result in a bit of burnout.

      Lots of smart people! Great place to learn from, being in NYC is a big plus!

      None, just starting out! NYC is expensive, maybe subsidizing the subway commute would help.
