      You get the best atmosphere and an ideal environment to work. You get paid promptly by the university. You are always appreciated for the work you do.

      Cons

      1.Difficult to get a job in columbia 2. They might want to increase the salary by some amount i guess.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
