      people are friendly, if you can enjoy the inefficient environment, and flexible working time, but low pay, it's a good place for you

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
