Poor Compensation & Opportunities. Also, Compliant to Authoritarians. - Officer Columbia University Employee Review

Came from a corporate background and was shocked by the levels of incompetence I often saw, particularly during a time of crisis. Staff advancement within my school was arbitrary and political. Now the biggest downside is of course that the university has become compliant to the whims of a fascist regime. Sadly, I have low expectations for the individual and institutional response.
