Pros

Working with pts, good teamwork. Co-wokers feel like family. I like having my days off. You can talk to management. We have gotten new equipment to work with.

Cons

There just isn't enough help, our manager is great, and they are trying to hire more people, but it takes time to train people and then some quit. Nursing is not easy. It is a passion.

Primary payor source is Medicare/Medicaid so limited in profits, but they still continue to give annual increase and end-of-the year bonus.

Zero transparency from upper admin. Once per week they brave the units to only interact with their favorites and ignore the rest.
