Leadership is changing frequently and pay is on the low side.

Not many. A starting point for mechanics but no emphasis on A&P’s with no incentive.

CEO (not Craig Garrick) lacks vision. As a former CFO, focus is on making money without any contribution on how to make money. Frankly, this organization should not be in the heavy maintenance business. Cooking the manhour figures has not only been acknowledged, but not corrected. I’m happy to have moved on and suspect it won’t be long before the private equity Central Valley Fund pulls the plug on Comav.
