      Decent pay, decent benefits, stable employment, opportunity to change job roles every few years, some office perks like free coffee, occasional free lunches, and some company clothing.

      Pros

      I had an enjoyable experience working at ComEd in the TCE department for the summer. If you want to go into the energy industry it is a great company to be at.

      Cons

      The speed of innovation is not very fast since you are restricted by needing the stability of electric utilities. ComEd is probably one of the most technologically advanced utility across the US.
