Toxic Work Environment - Manager ComEd Employee Review

Too many people hate it there and too many people just waiting out their time until retirement. Too many managers who cannot lead but manage only and manage via fear. Have seen too many incompetent managers promoted simply to move them out of the way. Claim to desire diversity but seen too many examples of reverse discrimination. This is place no different than the City of Chicago. Vendors have to pay to play. Went home nearly every night wondering how this company actually keeps the electricity on
