Lied to about pay rate. You don't make the same amount for each client and I wasn't told I could make significantly less than the rate they gave me. They'll add shifts to your schedule two days before without asking, so it's hard to make personal plans. They'll also take away shifts shortly that you'recountingonworking just a couple days before. Zero benefits. Company always processes more hours than I've actually worked, but I don't get paid for those. Zero opportunities for advancement, you'll always be just a caregiver.
