Pros

Absolutely no pros working at this place unless you like being micromanaged by people who are supposed to have empathy being that they have their clinical counseling degrees but have absolutely none. If you like monotonous work where you are on the phone all day repeating the same things over and over again, this is the place for you.

Cons

If you have any issues with the management team (e.g. their micromanagement among other things), don't think that complaining or meeting with the HR team will do anything for you. There is absolutely zero care for any of the employees that isn't in a higher position. The amount of favoritism in this place is disgusting; if you are not one of the select few that they management team likes, forget about trying to get any help from them without being condescended towards when they "help" you with questions or concerns. If you want any vacation time off, good luck getting it approved unless you're six months out from the event. Also forget about paid vacation time while you're at it because anytime you're sick they take out hours of your vacation time; and that's ONLY if you have earned said sick or vacation time via 1/2 day earned with each pay check. That's right, if you are somehow never sick or just love talking to 30+ people on the phone a day when you're sick and miserable, you will earn 1 day of PTO a month as that is the only way you will be paid for anytime you take off.

Pros

Very stable employer with many opportunities for learning and growth. Ability to work fully-remote and employer provides the necessary technology for you. Full benefits and perks provided at service anniversaries.

Cons

Like most employer now PTO is limited to start, but is more generous later.

Pros

I have spent many years in many different organizations. I can honestly say that I feel more at home at Compsych than anywhere else in my career. The work brings me into contact with peers who are extremely helpful and kind. Upper levels of management are approachable and interested in suggestions and the success of the employees. I am very happy to be spending my years before retirement in such an environment.

Cons

Contact with the public, of course, has drawbacks. There can be people who are very, very difficult to deal with. I am trying to learn how to let it go and move on.
