The best reason to work at ComPsych is the opportunity to work remote.

Cons

Employees in the GuidanceResources Unit are overworked. Employees are expected to push in-need clients through calls and expected to meet an unrealistic quota. Employees are undervalued and the company turnover rate is a reflection of that. Employees are underpaid, merit-based raises are slim to none, and annual increases are capped at 3%.

Pros

I have been working at Compsych for about 3 years now and i can say i really enjoy working there. Everyone is super supportive whenever i need assistance on something. Our new office is just an icing on the cake. I like working with my team and my manager is very supportive which makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have more opportunities to network with people from other departments
