Pros

I have been with ComPsych for some time now and it's been a very rewarding experience. The Leadership Team is incredibly supportive and my direct manager genuinely cares about my professional development as well as my well-being. It's a very collaborative environment where your voice matters and your work is appreciated. There is growth opportunity and plenty of learning opportunities if you're proactive. One of the biggest positives for me has been the work-life balance, while work can be fast paced at times expectations are always reasonable.

Cons

There are definitely areas for improvement, compensation is on the lower end for the industry and the benefits-while available- can be very expensive compared to other employers.

Pros

I have been working at Compsych for about 3 years now and i can say i really enjoy working there. Everyone is super supportive whenever i need assistance on something. Our new office is just an icing on the cake. I like working with my team and my manager is very supportive which makes me enjoy coming to work everyday.

Cons

I think it would be nice to have more opportunities to network with people from other departments

Pros

I have spent many years in many different organizations. I can honestly say that I feel more at home at Compsych than anywhere else in my career. The work brings me into contact with peers who are extremely helpful and kind. Upper levels of management are approachable and interested in suggestions and the success of the employees. I am very happy to be spending my years before retirement in such an environment.

Cons

Contact with the public, of course, has drawbacks. There can be people who are very, very difficult to deal with. I am trying to learn how to let it go and move on.
