It's a great environment for someone who wants an opportunity to learn and to have a wide variety of experiences. - The company has also re-vitalized their investment into growing and training talent, in the past years they have been brining in experts to teach people in a wide variety of skills.

Not really cons, but features of the company. - There is often times not great SOPS and work instructions - Onboarding is very department specific, some departments do a great job at teaching, others could use some help. - The company was acquired back in 2023 by one of their long term partners, I encourage you to read up on it.
