Pros

Time flexibility, you make your own hours but really that's about it. You're your own boss.

Cons

No salary, 100% commission, people fight each other for leads, the leads are not even leads to begin with they are just a re-print of the yellow pages and management makes you feel stupid and unappreciative if you decline the cold call....Everything else!

I don't like the new 4 day in office mandate but it's fine.

Higher up management expects so much out of you. Keeps asking for more and more responsibility without a pay raise.
