Pros

They have decent training, although you have to share a room in Chicago-very lame

Cons

All they do is churn their existing customers. Replace old policies with new ones, and have the clients sign a letter to cancel old. Not a sustainable business model, as they don't have a lot of customers to churn. You will be gone in a few months.

Great work / life balance, phenomenal health insurance benefits, supportive management, team mentality

Cons

I don't like the new 4 day in office mandate but it's fine.
