Pros
Friendly, open-minded, variety of characters keeps you engaged and not bored. Changes that happen are usually very positive. From the CEO on down, they are very social and easy to talk with. Very open to discussing business matters even if it is outside of the existing reporting structure.
Cons
Pay and internal career growth could be improved, and seems to be going that direction.
