Pros

Entrepreneurial, you really are your own boss. If you have experience in the marketplace and some connections already it could be a good place. They are growing a lot so you could create a good business for yourself within this company.

Cons

Its hard to find good experienced people to help you when you are starting off. Be prepared to teach yourself everything, and when you need assistance from home office you will need to ask multiple times and probably multiple people before you get an answer to your questions. Their growth means managers and home office service staff usually use the excuse 'I have been too busy...' to respond to seemingly easy requests. Those who have been there for years are too few and truly are over worked. The new people just don't know or follow up with answers/assistance. Within last year+ I have seen too much turnover. I tried to partner with managers and trainers (national director of learning and development as well as regional) to help learn systems/products/implementation ideas and each time after making a connection a month later the person was gone.

Cons

I don't like the new 4 day in office mandate but it's fine.
