Revolving door of employees - Enterprise Account Manager Comcast Business Employee Review

Upper management is constantly pressuring us to do anything to push unwanted products to the same customers week after week. Most customers are waiting for their contracts to end with Comcast Business because they are so unhappy with the service, cost, and billing issues. I’m trying to sell more products/services to an already very unsatisfied customer base and mean while upper management spews out the most ridiculous sales tactics. When asked if they can demonstrate these life altering sales techniques on a deal, they fumble the ball! The obvious solution is to keep your customers happy so they are receptive to the upgrades we offer!
