Avoid the Comcast Business Global NOC (ex Masergy) - Tier-2 NOC Engineer Comcast Business Employee Review

I would not call it a NOC, it does not function as one, more of a call centre/sweat shop. My training was inadequate, there was no support for me as a new starter or help to get up to speed. The company failed me and tried to blame me for their failure in me. In my opinion avoid this place with a very long barge pole.
