Its next to impossible to transfer out of the call center. You rarely receive feedback if you're applying for another position "WITHIN" the company. Promotions are more based on who you're friends with instead of your job performance and their Interim Supervisor position is a joke. If you're unemployed, this job is better than doing nothing but if you are already gainfully employed beware before leaving a job to come here. You may be going from the frying pan into the fire.
