Pros
It's easy to become an expert in the way that Comcast works, quickly. Good amount of vacation time, fair pay in most cases. discounted services, and lots of days where we get pot lucks! Pay increases twice a year.
Cons
Can be stressful to some people, no overtime available, no company parties this year, and there are people who don't like their job (just like any other place of employment,) When I was in Customer Care I was treated like the scum of the Earth! I still worked as hard as I could but to no avail. DON'T go into Customer Care unless you really like really high standards and working with people who cheat to make their performance metrics. There is no leeway in the metrics.
