Decent salary and benefits. Co workers are great. I wish I had more positive to say, but all of the positive things have been taken away over the past few years.

Chicagoland follows different policies than the rest of the nation.The focus is always on what you should have done better not what you did correctly. Goals celebrated in other areas are grounds for punishment out here. Everyone is always afraid of being fired, and many employees have been fired for next to nothing. Each day we look to see who is gone this time. Supervisors are always looking for a reason to write up their employees because they are being threatened that it is either the employee or them. Managers cannot speak up against management for fear of being fired themselves. Those who have refused to write up their employees have been let go. HR cannot be trusted. When you make a confidential report they turn you in. Comcast Listens is a joke. They refuse to do anything even though they admit there is a problem. There is no appreciation for doing a good job. Everyone who has been around for 5+ years talks about the old days and how bad the job has become. Micromanagement at its worst.
