Management! No support. Ripping off customers with made up taxes & fees! I was a specialist in the billing department! I would explain customers bills charge for charge and every time I would come across unnecessary added on charges that I would have to explain to the best of my ability. That made me question Comcast as a whole! After working for Comcast knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t recommend their services or products. I HIGHLY wouldn’t recommend working for them (in the customer service department). The benefits are great, but for that role specifically, the pay should be $20/hr or more. SUPER STRESSFUL JOB!
