Evil mentality at all levels:
1. Spying heavily on customers and employees.
2. Very little discounts on core services for employees.
3. Expensive lunches and cafeteria items for employees.
4. Significant number of law suites against customer and employees from Comcast and against Comcast.
5. Ungrateful even for the employees with over 20 years of service.
6. Employees are just numbers.
7. Very sneaky and unqualified HR and working for their own favors.
8. Age disclination specially for the jobs need heavy lifting or jobs with high salaries.
9. Constant rounds of layoff.
10. Unclear vision for the future considering the strong competition.
11. The survival rate is limited unless the employee joins the OLE BOYS club and follow their own strict guidelines,
12. Parking was a nightmare in Philly center city and the parking inside the towers for elite people only.
