Pros
I guess the company vehicle system was okay
Cons
This is a job in which you have to carry around heavy ladders, drag yourself through crawlspaces, 150° attics, and deal with irate customers who just want a Comcast rep that they can yell at in person. You get to do all this in exchange for getting to live paycheck to paycheck. I worked for them for 5 years, and always met or exceeded my performance metrics, and never even got to $20 an hour for all my hard work. Their raises are a joke, I worked hours of extra, incredibly hard to achieving the highest level of performance metrics, and was given a $.30 an hour raise. That’s insulting. Management doesn’t actually support employees, they just bother you about meeting unrealistic and meaningless performance metrics. All in all, the job is awful, the pay is awful, and managers don’t care. This was *the worst* job I have ever had in my life, and quitting was the single best decision I have made in my life.
