Pros

Flexible work schedule. Employees pick are given the leeway to accept shifts based on their schedule.

Cons

Hard to get full-time hours because the shifts are short hour shifts and are either competitive to get or overlaps with other shifts you have.

Pros

Working at Comfort Home Care has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The organization truly lives its mission of providing compassionate, high-quality care, and that commitment is reflected in how employees are treated every day. Leadership is supportive, approachable, and genuinely invested in both patient outcomes and staff success. There’s a strong sense of teamwork across departments — everyone is aligned around helping patients stay safe and stable at home. This year there’s has been a real focus on improving processes and systems, which makes it a great environment for people who like to contribute ideas and make an impact. The work itself is meaningful — you can clearly see how what you do directly helps patients and families. That makes a huge difference in day-to-day job satisfaction. Supportive leadership, strong team culture, meaningful work, growth opportunities

Cons

Fast-paced environment, but that comes with being part of a growing organization
