Pros
Your coworkers are great and it's fun to interact with guests.
Cons
Management is more focused on their bottom line than on providing good hospitality. There is very little loyalty toward the employees and some people who have been with the hotel for a long time (and do great work) are fired without notice or reasoning. We had guests that had been coming to the hotel for many years but stopped after ownership changed and details at the hotel were ignored.
