Pros

The best reason to work Choice Hotel they are very organized and serious about quality and service about guest satisfaction. I work for Comfort Inn Hotel For 7 years .Choice central office always call and check front desk work properly or not. Administration is very helpful and always tries to do their best for customer and employ. Most of our guests are happy to stay with us for quality and our service. Choice Privilege software is good for manage hotel business, room condition, distribution, check in check out, reservation, accounts, night audit and guest information. Overall I was satisfied with choice and hotel administration.

Cons

Some of their policy I don't like. Some time they send over reservation and sometime guest come for room because they made reservation by online but the system showing there is no reservation and also hotel is sold out no room to help the guest . Most of time this is 3rd party online reservation companies system problem. That time it's so hard to manage customer. Also employ work so hard but administration don’t want to increase salary. Companies I work for they never give us any kind of employee benefit and medical insurance facility. That’s not fair. Choice central office supposed to check and investigate hotel employ get enough salary and medical and other employee benefits. Also Choice privilege software is very complicate its take long time for check in and reservation than other companies hotes software. Old software Choice Advantage is faster and bettar than Choice Privilege Software .

Pros

The housekeeping supervisor is a great guy. Very personable and easy to talk to. He is also very dedicated to the job and sets the bar high for customer service.

Cons

The owners do not value their employees. Low wages and lack of tips make the position very discouraging. There are never enough sheet sets or towels to replenish the rooms and housekeepers end up hiding towels from each other just to get their job done. One dryer is down and the part to fix it has been sitting in the office for over a month. However, the owners could care less about sending someone to repair it. Meanwhile, we go hours waiting for towels and sheets to dry. What could possibly be a decent position is made more difficult by greedy, uncaring owners.
