Pros

The ladies at the office are nice. There are no more pros.

Cons

At my location we are only getting between 8 and 14 hours a week but are expected to drop everything to go work short notice on weekends (like 20 or 30 minutes before shift) The owner is rude. They mess up the times for visits and days, they tell you a time and day and then tell you the day off that it's supposed to be another day. The last pay period we didn't got paid and we all got different reasons as to why. The owner at this location is rude to clients over the phone. All my clients complain that this lady is rude and seems bother by their phone calls.

Pros

Great pay and benefit opportunities. The message of the company is good and the owners are incredibly welcoming. They provided all the equipment and were quick to get you whatever you needed.

Cons

The office environment was extremely toxic. It was very "cliche" with everyone saying awful things about each other. Yelling, slamming and throwing things was a regular occurrence. The lack of empathy towards the clients as well as caregivers was abhorrent. The training was lackluster with the view of corrective action instead of preventive action with mistakes. I was constantly ignored or snapped at when asking questions. After spending a day training at another office, I fully believe the toxicity is centered around this one office in particular and does not translate over to the other offices.
