Pros

Decent money and hours when you work hard. Great relationships with some of your clients. Flexible schedule and usually the office staff is pretty understanding.

Cons

Some clients are extremely difficult. Certain staff members can be childish and petulant. Lots of gas and mileage in your personal vehicle with no reimbursement. it's a good job for people that don't have commitments outside of work. I worked here as a single mother with 2 young kids and it was alright. It was a paycheck

Pros

Ever since our local franchise was bought back in October of ‘25 I have only seen positives ! They brought on wonderful incentives for the caregivers, better mileage compensation and opportunity for pay raises.

Cons

Unfortunately, the cons fall on to the caregivers, themselves. Way too often we get urgent emails begging for a caregiver to cover another one’s shift. I guess responsibility is a dying art.
