Great Boss, flexible schedule, they take good care of their employees.

No benefits, multiple clients, sometimes no work.

Ever since our local franchise was bought back in October of ‘25 I have only seen positives ! They brought on wonderful incentives for the caregivers, better mileage compensation and opportunity for pay raises.

Unfortunately, the cons fall on to the caregivers, themselves. Way too often we get urgent emails begging for a caregiver to cover another one’s shift. I guess responsibility is a dying art.
