Pros

-Easy to get started -Good FETAC training

Cons

- Office staff are not helpful to HCAs - Random shift allocation, don't care where HCAs are based - 30 mins shifts are not worth anyone's time. Expect HCAs to travel all the way for 30 mins shifts and provide no block shifts

Pros

Great pay and benefit opportunities. The message of the company is good and the owners are incredibly welcoming. They provided all the equipment and were quick to get you whatever you needed.

Cons

The office environment was extremely toxic. It was very "cliche" with everyone saying awful things about each other. Yelling, slamming and throwing things was a regular occurrence. The lack of empathy towards the clients as well as caregivers was abhorrent. The training was lackluster with the view of corrective action instead of preventive action with mistakes. I was constantly ignored or snapped at when asking questions. After spending a day training at another office, I fully believe the toxicity is centered around this one office in particular and does not translate over to the other offices.
