Very supported and trusted in the role I am in. Open and transparent approach and feel very listened too. Working with amazing people who are driven and committed to this organisation for the better good is important to me. Very flexible approach if and when needed. The impact of what we do daily with clients and families is so very special and I'm very proud to be part of that journey. Being part of an exceptional team that is collaborative, driven, motivated and open to new ideas or ways of working better. Our leader is passionate, empathetic, full of integrity and always does right by people which are very important qualities to have in this business and makes people want to work with her and do better daily. Everyday is different which makes it a very interesting job!
Cons
Its hard to switch off because the role is very busy. Losing clients along the way can be difficult for carers/office to deal with but good supports in place when needed.
