Pros

Work from home is the only benefit

Cons

-One day of onboarding, if that. -PTO also includes sick time so you only get 10 days of leave -Management constantly asks you to do things they have not showed/trained you how to do which is normally fine but most of their provisioning software is proprietary with little documentation. -Other engineers constantly complain and talk about quitting in the general chat and bicker with each other over trivial things like grabbing each others tickets.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It's great to hear that the team, internal communication, and compensation have all stood out to you, and that perks like Free Lunch Fridays via Doordash and the remote setup are adding to your experience. Building a supportive, connected environment for our teams is something we care deeply about, and feedback like this tells us those efforts are landing. Thank you again for the kind words and for being an important part of CommandLink. We're glad to have you on the team and appreciate your contributions!

Pros

Good people, good culture, and healthy business.

Cons

Although the company is doing well and growing, growth and promotions from within have been extremely limited. Outside of sales roles, pay is low-market. No profit sharing or equity for employers. Willingness to spend on tools and new additions, but seemingly not willing to invest in their current team. Full remote culture, while largely a benefit, can feel isolating at times.

Thank you for sharing your experience and for the positive comments about the people, culture, and overall health of the business. We're glad those fundamentals have been part of your time with CommandLink. We also appreciate your candid feedback on career growth, compensation, and investment in the team. Providing meaningful paths for advancement matters to us, and input like yours helps us evaluate where we can strengthen internal mobility and how we support and reward the people driving our success. We regularly review our compensation practices against the market, and feedback like this is an important part of that process. Your point about remote work is also well taken. The flexibility is a benefit most of our team values, and we recognize it can feel isolating at times, which is why we continue building opportunities for connection across our global team. Thank you again for taking the time to share this. Feedback like yours is reviewed carefully and helps shape how we grow. We appreciate your contributions to CommandLink.
