Pros

A good place to work - professional people who were also friendly. All the IT team were very dedicated and an absolute pleasure to work with - and contractors don't often say that about former clients !

Cons

Sometimes the Sprints felt too focused on gaining 'Sprint points', which meant that 'quick hits' maybe took priority over important longer term planning.

Pros

Providing Healthy food for primary school children and getting good feedback from parents, teachers and of course the children themselves.

Cons

Some staff have no experience of working in a kitchen, some of these staff respond with a positive attitude, some staff will not, EVER.
