Pros
Supervisor was easy to talk to and did not micro-manage. Great experience. Good to learn about resources in the area. I also liked that if you already have insurance, you are not forced to choose theirs. Their "cafeteria style" benefits options allows you to choose what works for you, and any unused funds toward fees can be added to your paycheck.
Cons
Limited opportunity to earn more income over time. When offered a "team leader" position, it was only with a $3000/year increase, which is not really competitive. Also, working this position is like working in a hospital... you should not expect "snow days" or time off on holidays, including Christmas. In the Flint location, it is a 24/7 operation.
