Horrible to ex employees - Warmline Operator Common Ground (MI) Employee Review

They are short staffed and cannot retain employees, which puts a lot of stress on warmline staff in an already stressful job. One of my supervisors was very insensitive when I was fielding some inappropriate calls. Inirance premiums are outrageous and the reason I left. The company denied me my PTO payout when I left for a better opportunity. Recently, Common Ground HR falsely accused me of not returning their IT equipment and threatened legal action if I don’t pay them $1,200. The equipment was shipped back via FedEx, and I am working on proving that.
