      The pay, the racism/bigotry/abuse you're not allowed to stop from callers, dog-eat- dog culture, state of Michigan impossible guidelines, people who call to pleasure themselves (you can end those calls), microaggressions from some staff, low pay, lots of requests for overtime, high stress, secrets and lies from management, so many

      Pros

      Getting to work with co-workers that really do care about the community & helping others. Pay is good.

      Cons

      Really inappropriate behavior from senior leadership, many who do not have the qualifications needed to be in their roles. A lot of lying and illegal reporting happening around what is really taking place. Staff are not allowed to raise any concerns around this or it will get very hostile towards them.
