      Pros

      Out of all the places I've worked, CommonSail Investment Group has the best office culture. And it's been hard to find a place where you are welcomed, accepted, and respected. And I've found that here. The work is great and meaningful. Everyone here is mission-driven and believes in the work that they do. That makes a huge impact on your work drive and view of the work you do. Management is supportive and encouraging. They make sure that you are on a path for growth, and are pushing yourself out of your comfort zone.

      Cons

      The only "con" I have is the benefits. I've worked for companies with more comprehensive benefits and PTO+sick days. But what is lacking in benefits is made up in office culture, work-life balance, and little-to-no stress about work.

      Pros

      There is a great work-life balance. The managers really care about your well-being and are so accommodating to make sure you can focus on your priority projects. If you're overwhelmed they're open to helping you out. The culture and environment is amazing. You can tell the company cares about their employees, and the team is great, and everyone is friendly and helpful, no matter what position they're in! You're also not limited to working only from your desk. If you want to work from the office cafe, you're more than welcome, and it's so nice and comfortable. The office's location is also a pro. It's near many stores and necessities for post-work errands, and it's in a beautiful area as well.

      There are no cons I can think of.
