Pros

I love how this company treats people with common sense. We just don't "think outside of the box" - we are redefining the container itself! The leaders are real, genuine, approachable people, and they have encouraged me to dream big and create new things to help our business thrive. I feel like I can make a difference, and I'm very proud to work here. I've been out to several of our communities, and the people there are incredible - so caring, patient, and helpful. I have a couple family members who will need a senior living community in the next year or so, and I have absolutely NO reservations about having them come to live at Independence Village or StoryPoint community. One of the things that make our communities different is how much attention is placed on our residents having the every best experience possible... it's not just a customer service thing - it's part of this company's DNA! I also enjoy the work/life balance or blend I can achieve while working here... they KNOW you have a family and a life and obligations, and truly care about you as a person.

Cons

Because we are growing so fast, the list of things to get done is very long. If you are intimidated by that kind of challenge, this might not be the place for you. Things can change quickly here, so you need to be very flexible and adaptable.

Pros

There is a great work-life balance. The managers really care about your well-being and are so accommodating to make sure you can focus on your priority projects. If you're overwhelmed they're open to helping you out. The culture and environment is amazing. You can tell the company cares about their employees, and the team is great, and everyone is friendly and helpful, no matter what position they're in! You're also not limited to working only from your desk. If you want to work from the office cafe, you're more than welcome, and it's so nice and comfortable. The office's location is also a pro. It's near many stores and necessities for post-work errands, and it's in a beautiful area as well.

Cons

There are no cons I can think of.
