      CSIG empowers their employees to create the absolute best experience with every person, in every interaction, every minute of every day. This is a company that understands the value of each and every one of their employees and helps to create a culture that nurtures compassion, quality of life and true hospitality. I am honored and grateful to be a part of this company.

      Cons

      We are in the business of caring for our residents and in so doing our residents become an important part of our lives and our hearts. Saying goodbye can be very difficult at times.

      Pros

      There is a great work-life balance. The managers really care about your well-being and are so accommodating to make sure you can focus on your priority projects. If you're overwhelmed they're open to helping you out. The culture and environment is amazing. You can tell the company cares about their employees, and the team is great, and everyone is friendly and helpful, no matter what position they're in! You're also not limited to working only from your desk. If you want to work from the office cafe, you're more than welcome, and it's so nice and comfortable. The office's location is also a pro. It's near many stores and necessities for post-work errands, and it's in a beautiful area as well.

      There are no cons I can think of.
