      Pros

      Never have I been apart of a company where the CEO tells you to walk into his office anytime--AND HE MEANS IT!!! Every other leader is like that as well. They care about every single employee because they believe that we can do anything we put our mind to. And that leads down to the residents that we serve every day. If we as employees feel appreciated and loved, then we will show that appreciation and love to our residents--they are the ones who need that the most and I know that our leaders and everyone else in the company keep that in mind every day as they work. They also are wonderful for career progression. If you have a dream to where you want to be, make it known and they will find a way to make that possible!!!

      Cons

      Sometimes there is a gap in communication between the communities and the home office, but they are working hard to close that gap. There also sometimes is so much pressure placed on the communities to meet their traffic goals that there isn't time to appreciate the hard work and to actually take a step back to figure out what your personal goals are in the company.

      Pros

      There is a great work-life balance. The managers really care about your well-being and are so accommodating to make sure you can focus on your priority projects. If you're overwhelmed they're open to helping you out. The culture and environment is amazing. You can tell the company cares about their employees, and the team is great, and everyone is friendly and helpful, no matter what position they're in! You're also not limited to working only from your desk. If you want to work from the office cafe, you're more than welcome, and it's so nice and comfortable. The office's location is also a pro. It's near many stores and necessities for post-work errands, and it's in a beautiful area as well.
