Pros

People who stay at the communities care a lot. You’ll see some of the best of humanity when the company works like it imagines itself to do 24/7.

Cons

Don’t think CSIG is any worse than the rest of the industry, but senior living is brutal. Trying to profit as much as possible on people going through one of the toughest parts of their lives. Corporate team members are especially insulated from this reality and make decisions that don’t always jive with those actually helping the “residents” at the communities. High earners at the company usually are great at what they do but earn more by charging people more bc they can. Encouraged by corporate to upcharge whenever possible.

Pros

There is a great work-life balance. The managers really care about your well-being and are so accommodating to make sure you can focus on your priority projects. If you're overwhelmed they're open to helping you out. The culture and environment is amazing. You can tell the company cares about their employees, and the team is great, and everyone is friendly and helpful, no matter what position they're in! You're also not limited to working only from your desk. If you want to work from the office cafe, you're more than welcome, and it's so nice and comfortable. The office's location is also a pro. It's near many stores and necessities for post-work errands, and it's in a beautiful area as well.

Cons

There are no cons I can think of.
