Pros

Employee Engagement Team does a great job bringing fun things to the workplace. Decent benefits.

Cons

Very corporate. Low pay. Middle management can make or break the experience. Catholic hospital, prayer throughout the day; however Easter is not recognized as a paid holiday. Hipocrasy at its finest!
