Pros

Big company that guarantee employment even after 6 month of FMLA

Cons

Management is only interested in money, which I think is unacceptable in medical field. Careless about employees and patients. Very inflexible and doesn't know how to response outside of the protocol.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
