Good benefits, very large organization so there are a lot of opportunities to advance in the company.
Cons
Some of the administration staff are solid but some of them are clueless. The corporate office has too much power (like most companies). They need to listen closer to the facility staffs needs.

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment
Cons
There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
