IT Infrastructure lacks ethical and professional management. IT Infrastructure is a hostile work environment and is run like a mob family. The Health care plan is lacking due to it's inheirent design to drive employees to only Dignity Health providers and facilities or pay a penalty through a Tering program for non Dignity Health providers and facilities. Dignity Health Forces a higher cost for healthcare on it's employees in order to keep their doctor's , facilities, or pharmacy. A Healthcare monopoly! Tribal warfare between skilled areas of responsibility: (ie. Servers and Storage) is a daily constant that is allowed to stand, thrive, and flourish! Team is a concept that is truly lost in IT Infrastructure!
