Pros

There are no more pros working for this company. This place does not care about its employees. They are moving towards to becoming a political arm of the government and are in cahoots with people trying to take away your civil rights.

Cons

This place will overwork you and will not provide enough staffing for you to be able to perform your job. As soon as you become a liability to them they will fire you. Oh my pardon, they don't fire people, they put them on leave without pay so there is no chance for you to collect unemployment while you are searching for work. This place also discriminates based on your religious beliefs. If you are considering a position here, I would highly recommend against it.

Pros

Good pay, decent management, flexible scheduling while in school and overall healthy work environment

Cons

There is no rotation for PRN staff to be put on call, meaning you will always be the first they put on. Additionally, if you're not used to working with 12+ patients at a time, this isn't the place for you as they like to load us up instead of bringing in more techs and nurses.
